DESIGN GUIDELINES
The Village, Menangle is an extension of the existing community and the historical suburb of Menangle.
The street network has been designed to enhance connection to community facilities and maintain the view line to St James' Anglican Church.
Mirvac has worked collaboratively with Wollondilly Shire Council to develop The Village, Menangle Design Guidelines to help owners, designers and builders create homes that sit comfortably within the Heritage Conservation Area.
